The stay was fine. The hotel is fine. Comfortable room. The hotel is a little confusing to get into because the frontage roads on either side of the freeway are one-way streets but once you get that figured out it’s fine.

The front desk employee, Virginia & manager Charles were rude, lacked any empathy or compassion & treated me terribly. Would not recommend to anyone needing to stay close to the heart hospital.

The TV in the bedroom, I had rented a suite, wasn't working when I checked in. I notified the front desk and within 15 minutes Lindsey came and resolved the issue.

I found the room to be incredibly clean and nice, especially at this price point. The only 2 problems I had, were I paid online, then had to pay a $50.00 returnable deposit that you're not aware or warned about until you arrive at check-in, and our door keys wouldn't work on outside doors, but fortunately another person came by and let us in. My key worked fine on room door. All in all I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
