5 years .. always a great stay.
I have stayed here often over the past 5 years and the staff and service is always top notch, especially from Shelby during the morning breakfast service .. always a big smile and welcoming! Note to maintenance .. room 574 has an issue with the shower handle .. won't turn to allow enough hot water. Other than that it was a great stay!

There is construction in the parking lot, so it looked a mess from the outside, but that is the only negative thing I could say. Staff was nice. Food and beverages were great!

The staff was friendly and responsive. The evening reception was mediocre compared to other Embassy Suites we have been to. The rooms were in desperate need of a deep clear and an update. The design of the hotel made sleeping in the front room difficult because it can be noisy.
