The house is located in Paseo the Art District that get the quick access to entertainment and the highway.
Paseo - Art district - it's in walking distance. It is a lively, bohemian area filled with shops selling chic women’s clothing and stylish homeware, as well as restaurants serving Asian food, New American and casual burgers. In the evenings, the area is a bustling mix of trendy cocktail lounges and dive bars offering karaoke, billiards and live music.
The monthly First Friday Gallery Walk is popular for art shows and restaurant. My favorite are GORO ramen, Frido Southwest.
Plaza district- It's a short drive of 5 minutes that takes you till full of local stores, restaurant. Some of my favorite are Empire Slicehouse, Roxy's ice cream, the Press Film row and surrounding- 7-9 minutes drive that near main street. They have lots of craft brewery, Jones Assembly concert.
Midtown: make sure to try Halls Pizza Kithen and Barrios.
Uptown: some classic movie and adult beverages.
Conveniently located from the Paycom Center, from the St. Patrick's Day Parade, and a short 10-minute drive to the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.

Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Location:There are three units on this property, and this unit is unit B the behind one. You will have 3 steps to access the house
Parking: B designated parking spot is available on the right side of the front driveway, one car only with the number 122 marked on the ground. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street.
Backyard: Unfortunately, the backyard is not available for use. However, there are several parks nearby where you can take a walk or walk your dog.
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with 2 mini-split and comes with a remote. Please refrain from setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as it may lead to frozen pipes and malfunction (refer to the instructions in the house manual).
Laundry: Laundry facilities are not available.
Noise Potential: Kindly be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. As there are other units on the property, noise disturbance is possible.
Additional Information: This unit is located near the highway.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
