The staff at this hotel are amazing! Very polite and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel itself is quite nice, the bathrooms in the rooms could be updated. There is also no in room microwave or safe. The biggest flaw is that you have to pay $24/day for parking otherwise you have to pay per the parking garage and are not guaranteed a spot, but they do let you know at check in your options. Keep in mind this is downtown with bars around so it’s not the most quiet on a Saturday night.

Great location in a lively, walkable area. Lots of restaurants. Easy to drive to, although initially it wasn’t obvious where to turn for check-in ( drive past the parking garage entrance to check in!). Staff was welcoming, informative, warm. Room was well-appointed. Easy drive to OKC Bombing Memorial—very moving.
