HORRIBLE
This is certainly less than ideal for a relaxing stay. A comfortable and well-maintained space is essential for a positive experience. When we got to our room there was only one roll of toilet paper and an empty roll in the other. When we went to the front to ask for more it took employees about 20 minutes to track some down and they only supplied one. The ceiling in our bathroom was full of water damage and the dripping from pipes was a constant. Fresh linens and a functional bathroom are basic expectations for any accommodation. Hopefully, these matters can be resolved quickly and efficiently. A comfortable environment contributes significantly to a memorable stay.

Poor Overall Experience
The hotel was alright, good location. We had problems checking in and the staff was not very helpful. We got into our rooms and one of the TVs was not working and they would only try to troubleshoot it over the phone, and when we asked them to have somebody to come look at it we were told At it they told us it would be the next day before they could do that. The hotel was nice, just an overall poor experience and with them.

Safe,secure as we age
We stay in this location because of its location. We travel 4 hrs to go to medical Appointments and we are ready for a good nights rest. As we get Older, we sometimes have a driver, so this area is also fun for them. We feel safe and comfortable.

The hotel was extremely clean when we arrived. Parking was available on site for a low price. It was so nice being able to walk wherever we wanted to downtown. Would stay at this hotel for our next visit!
