The staff and check in was easy and quick. We only found the carper was wet. We inquired and had found out they had just done carpet cleaning and it was not dry. For future reference, they should really shut down one floor at a time and let carpets completely dry out before re-occupying with guests. We had wet socks from walking over the floor and nearly slipped on tile going into bathroom as a result. Otherwise it was clean!

The curtains in my room did absolutely no good very thin. My room overlooked a parking lot with signs and light posts so it was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a great stay and no complaints.

The shower needed tightening but they couldn’t find a screwdriver, so my husband used a coin. Then the smoke alarm started chirping at 3 am, so they had to Come in and change the battery. They need to take care of the property better.

Check in was a breeze with the online checking process that was available. Pool area was great. Breakfast was ok but ran out of coffee midway through. Bed was a tad bit hard for my taste and tv only had local channels. Good for the price.
