Clean and friendly staff. Hot tub does not work.
Traveling with kids a pool and hot tub are very important to us. I called ahead and was told they were both working fully. The first day we went down and they were both too cold to get in. The front attendant told me the jets on the hot tub have been broken for a while and they can no longer get the part. I asked about the heat and she said she get maintenance to look into it. I could tell it wasn't a new issue. The next morning the pools were still too cold. My toddler was able to swim for a few minutes in the hot tub which was slightly warmer before his lip was quivering. Also it was had to sit by the pool because there were so many ants. Room was clean. There was a few spots you could tell they had recently repaired and the floors were tile which I appreciated. The bathtub had a weird stain that seriously looked like blood had been drained. Definitely use the non-slip mat. I fell just trying to get it down. Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and even though it's against their policy they let us check out early and didn't charge us for the extra day. We were close enough to just head home early.

Think the card entrance lock on door 104 needs to be replaced, but staff were great about helping out. Otherwise staff was great, rooms clean and comfortable and close to family.

Towels that looked to have been sitting there collecting dust. Coffee maker was dusty which was why I didn’t use it. The shower door kept opening no matter what. Overall stay was average and not too bad

Staff were phenomenal. Property.. I can see where they tried, can’t see where they succeeded.. room was overall just musty. Ceiling had dust (I hope) all over it. It was almost like a concrete room with a horrible echo and very cold feeling. Bed was extremely hard. Bedding was dirty. Shower and bathroom floors were filthy. Hair on the counter. None of it terrible, but not what I expect from La Quinta. Will not be staying here again.

They said it was a full breakfast but there was no meat or eggs. There was a light outside the window that even with the shade down it still came inside all the way around the window since there weren’t any curtains.

My only problems were that the room didn't look hardly anything like the photos, the hot tub was kind of baby bath water/luke warm, and I tried to make sure there was a room with a tub due to having a 11 month old. The staff was excellent. I used to be a housekeeper so I inspect rooms thoroughly, it was more than satisfactory, especially since we only saw one housekeeper and one cart. Tip just in case they are under staffed..speaking from experience, less employee's should almost always come with a raise, even if it's only temporary.
