OK Stay but needs some changes for sure.
The room was clean but the bathroom had a walk-in wheelchair accessable shower but when taking a shower the water went every where because there wasn't something to stop it to the point it went under the door and into the other room. The TV was butted up next a small book shelf and you couldn't access the tv inputs to use a streaming device, the TV itself wasn't a smart tv so you couldn't use any apps. The internet was plenty fast, the no deposit was nice, the room had a Kitchen with a full size fridge and stove top which was nice but you had no pans to cook with which made no sense. The top cabinets were very hard to reach and were falling a part. It was an OK stay but things need to be improved for sure.

Started with no Kleenex in the room. 3 hours later it was delivered. There were no cooking utensils as advertised or a complete set of dishes. The vanity light in the bathroom was out and they didn’t have replacement bulbs. The TV remote didn’t work. The breakfast was meager and cold. We went to the desk 3 times to ask for something and NO ONE was ever there. The floor in the dining area was sticky in the same place for the 3 days we stayed. Over all NOT a pleasant experience and we will not stay there again.

I reserved online which made the check in process quick and easy. I was able to check in two hours early due to getting in town quicker than expected which was very convenient. The phone was answered every time I called. Breakfast very simple but still good.

The tornado sirens went off at 6 in the morning, so we rushed down to the lobby. There were 3 TV’s but none were turned on. We asked the morning desk clerk if he could turn one on so we would know where we were in relation to the storm. He told us they were all broken. Really? Could you not have used your phone and pulled up a weather app or local news station? We tried before coming down but the icon was just spinning. The night before when we arrived the female desk clerk was extremely kind and so helpful we told her she deserved a raise! The only other complaint regarding the room was there were no USB ports so we had no way to charge our devices.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious room with full refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and dishes. Nice bathroom with walk in shower with grab bars. Great breakfast. Easy and plentiful parking.

It was clean and comfortable enough. I just wish that the rainfall shower head was placed a little bit higher as I'm 5'10 and i didn't have enough room between my head and the shower head. I like to relax in the shower, not have to bend and twist lol. Other than that, the good was enjoyable, it was quiet. I did notice rust spots on the door jam of the bathroom near the bottom. And the shower water leaked into the floor since there is not a lip to prevent it from spilling out.

The room was reasonably priced. There was a refrigerator with ice, stove top, dishes, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, and a microwave. The bathroom had dispensers for lotion , shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. There was a large phone plug box with several plug types. It was clean and comfortable.

The staff for the most part was kind, the lady working the breakfast area seemed disgruntled. The room was awful. There was a cockroach in the bathroom- The fixtures to hold the soap in the shower and at the bathroom sink were completely missing so there was nothing to wash your hands or take a shower with. The light over the bathroom sink was out so the bathroom was dim making it impossible to do your make up- There was a huge red stain in the carpet between the beds. There was a light fixture that didn’t have a cover so when you turned it on so that you could get the light over the desk (an entirely different light not in the same area) it was just a super bright light- the dishwasher was full of dirty water. The microwave light wasn’t working so when you tried to use the efficiency kitchen you couldn’t see well at all- when I said something to the girl at the desk she said she would make a note. There was however always hot fresh coffee (at least anytime I went down) ready.
