We were here for a horseshow and enjoyed the close location to both the fairgrounds and downtown. The host was excellent. The home needed some emergency maintainance while we were there and he took care of it right away and was a great communicator

It sufficed
I always say its just a place to sleep. However, key aspexts were lacking. You really get 2 beds and futons, none of which are in the same rooms. We noted there would be 5 guests, however, not enough towels for everyone were supplied. I suggest making sure you confirm there is enough for your entire party.
