The office staff are very unprofessional, aggressive, rude, and seemed like i was in the way everytime i had a request. For example. I asked the front dest person if the internet was going to be down for very long. She looked at me like i peed in her frosted flakes and said" it should be on your phone" i moved to a different hotel because i felt i was un welcome at this establishment.

The man at the front desk was very rude. The patrons that have extended stay are not nice. I was verbally attacked as I was parking my car. Bugs crawling all over the floor and I was overcharged after confirming with someone over the phone that I would be later than expected. Would not recommend. I understand, you get what you pay for. But this is horrible.

The price is right. It looks pretty good when you first get there - efforts are being made on the grounds. Building itself is crumbling. Check-in staff were friendly but seemed confused - couldn’t even point me to the (hidden) stairs. Room looked good enough and clean on entry. Floors were sticky - 4 passes with a wet cloth before the dirt was no longer obvious. Fixtures and air conditioning all worked. Bed was reasonably clean and comfortable.

It would be really amazing if I could enjoy my stay and work from here, BUT I unfortunately cannot ever rest or work anymore because of always being neighbored with people that have heavy foot traffic, constantly in and out the doors slamming and kicking them, or people just standing outside their door in front of my room playing music or being loud. Or being eaten up out my sleep because of domestic violence or traffic from whatever substance these folks are on. It’s really upsetting cause this has always been my home away from home and the patrons are just so disrespectful and irresponsible. It’s getting better than it was last month but there’s no honor or loyalty for this long time 10 year plus customers. Don’t even let us check in early for free. Still have to pay deposit if you book straight through Motel 6. Stop letting these people ruin this place! Put kids on first floor and move these stragglers to one side of the building and quit letting them infest the place with bugs and drugs. It’s beyond time to stop this madness. Please!!!!

Dirty and noisy. Almost no lighting. Had to put my makeup on sitting on the toilet as that was the only place that had bright lighting Few electrical outlets and in inconvenient places. Internet rarely worked. All appliances, refrigerator, were unplugged and I had to move a large piece of furniture to plug it in.

We were told we were getting a non-smoking room. We checked in late and knew, right away, that there had been smokers in the room, but we were too tired to deal with it. We turned the AC on and turned up the fan, then basically only slept in the room. But on any other stay we would have asked to change rooms. We also spilled some ice on the floor and I used a washcloth to clean up the water, The cloth was literally black from cleaning the floor. Since it is tile, mopping should be done every time the room is cleaned, just as you would vacuum. On the other hand, the bathroom and sink areas were clean, the tub was clean, and the beds were clean. Be sure to read the amenities available as there is no shampoo, lotion, tissues, or hairdryers in the room.

This owner really needs to let those with dogs to not be able to stay in any room. These people have run down the property with urine in every hallway, dog poop in every hallway, drug deals and open prostitution on 2 floors front and back. Save some smoking rooms for CLEAN GUESTS. Also why are you not investing in roach and bed bug pest control services??! If you’re going to keep accepting them then invest in controlling the pests at least. Also the deposit is unnecessary when it’s a roach motel.
