Only major complaint i have is the guy at the front desk was making it out like they only had tap to pay on the card machine and eventually after a while he did something to make it work for the chip in our card. He basically made it out like if we didnt have tap to pay then we couldnt pay with our card.

I booked through Hotels.com. When we arrived we were told by Quality Inn employees they never received confirmation by Hotels.com so our booking didn’t exist. Hotels.com charged my card $460 but we had no room.

So so hotel
Hotel is under construction and needs it badly. Although the room was clean, it was very outdated. Room temperature was not very cool and the thermostat did not work. The young man that checked us in was very kind, but the rest of the staff was not very friendly. Not sure if we will ever stay there again. Will definitely need improvements
