Everything was clean, and for the price, it was pretty nice. My big critique would be the hotel running out of clean towels. We only had 2 in our room (2 guests, 2 towels, I get it) but my son went to the hot tub and used a towel then. In the morning, I sent him to the front desk to get more towels and they "were out of clean towels". That seems pretty basic to me.

The front desk lady changed our rooms when we went in and smelled smoke. She was very nice to us and very informative for me to find gas and food

Needs a little improvement
It wasn’t a bad hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great, but at least you got breakfast. There were a couple of roaches that were seen in the room which was nasty .The staff was great and the cleaning staff were kind and amazing.

Very nice hotel. There were a couple other hitels that shared the same area, so finding the hotel lobby was a little challenging, but not too difficult.

So so. My room wasn’t vacuumed and there’s debris on the floor. Some hairs around that weren’t mine. Damage to different items of furniture. The place needs some love. I wouldn’t stay here again.

You can tell it’s not in the best area of town. And the hotel is outdated in carpet and poorly lit. However, breakfast was pleasant. The room was spotless. Bed comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. Staff were welcome and accommodating. We wouldn’t mind staying here again if we need to be close to the Paycom center. It was really convenient. But a different area of town probably would have been nicer.

Our three day stay was awesome. The only issue we had was few roaches. I did take pics and let staff know but didn’t seem too concerned. I put all our stuff in middle of the room on top of the luggage thingy try to keep it secure. I understand a big establishment like this, won't be bug free. I will not upload pic of the bugs.

Sleep Inn was actually oversold so they moved me to their sister (Choice Hotels) room and it was fantastic. Mainstay Suites. If I have the option, I will choose Mainstay moving forward.

We rented two rooms both had roaches. The whole floor smelled like weed 2 am knocks on the door from party goers looking for their group. Staff was away from the desk at check out. We couldn’t discuss issues

Disappointed!!
The room was clean unfortunately there were cockroaches. The problem was I had made the reservation through this group which I have used for years. I chose Fairfield Inn downtown Ok City, because it was near the Church that I was going to go. When I checked in was for a different hotel near the location. It took us over an hour to find the hotel that had been given the reservation for us. This is the second time this has happened. Is this what you mean with “protection of reservation?”

Same building as Mainstays but different floor. The room was clean but no hair dryer, no tissues, and the tv remote was all but dead. The morning stiff when I checked out asked how was the room, I told her what I’ve said here above and her response was hmm. It was obvious she thought it was a rhetorical question. .
