We booked this hotel so we could easily get to the Lisbon Airport for an early flight. Staff were knowledgeable and reassuring. And I always appreciate when a requested Wake Up Call rings on time - as requested.

The hotel rooms are dated and small. The area also maintained loud noises until 2300 hrs. We chose it as a short stay for one night since we needed easy access. Our room’s carpet had a wet-towel smell and the beds were uncomfortable. I would only suggest this hotel if you’re in need of a short stay with easy access to the airport and metro. It is very easy to get into town from the hotel and that was definitely the best part.

The hotel is great for access to the Metro, the undergound car park is good, but parking is not guaranteed. The staff were friendly and helpful, but chambermaid service needs attention, restaurant staff need training, room defects need attention. There are very limited restaurants nearby.

Easy check in no hassle. Staff were courteous and helpful. There is a small mall but nothing really to see adjacent to the hotel , but there was laundromat at the mall which was helpful to us , travelling to our next destination. Be careful at the shower area , it is slippery. Very near the airport , Uber was easy at 4 am. Nice experience.

This hotel is really not a 4 stars hotel, it's a 3 stars at the most! The mattresses are broken and need to be replaced, and the carpets are dirty. The location is far from the city centre and the majority of attactions. However, the breakfast is good. I would definitely not stay at this hotel for my future visits to Lisbon.
