This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This cleverly arranged holiday home is furnished in a complete and pleasant way; small is beautiful. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave.
