3rd strike and I'm out
This is the 3rd Super 8 since July that the spa has been closed. The shower was good, the bed lumpy with hard sides, the breakfast waffle maker was down, the toaster burned the bagels, no jam, no spoons to eat cereal with. I think I'll be looking elsewhere for my next trip

Apparently they just got new computer software and the staff had not been adequatly trained on it because the person helping me k ew nothing and struggled and took much longer than it should. Several people backed up in lobby waiting also.

This hotel exceeded my expectations which, to be fair, were not sky high, but I give credit where it's due. The property is much improved under Wyndham management. The rooms are older but refurbished and functional. The breakfast was solid. Front desk was friendly. About what I would expect at this price point but sadly, many hotels these days badly disappoint.
