"The Pines Hotel is in a great location with amazing sea views. It has a staff that at all times in every area we used gave fantastic service. The quality of the food served at Breakfast and in the Pines Restaurant in the evening, was of a very high standard. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful sea view picture window. The only little niggles for us was the self service coffee at breakfast which could be improved by having a machine that served coffee by the mug. Rather than the very small cups provided at the moment. Also the harsh lighting in the dining room in the evening. "

"We were already scheduled to stay in a bungalow locally but wanted to enjoy the Blues festival and couldn’t extend our stay. This was a fortunate turn of events as otherwise we might not have sampled the delights of this wonderful apartment. We felt comfy front the first moment we arrived and our only regret was that we had to come home today! We will most definitely look to stay here when we fancy a cheeky weekend away together as it was perfect for that. Nicola deserves great credit for creating a practical but homely place to stay with wonderful views of the beach and town xxx"
