Great setup. Surely we’ll plan to stay longer next time we’re here. Just a bit disappointing that despite being such a perfect “events & occasions” location, you don’t have any special menu options for celebrating an anniversary. I’m sure it wasn’t a big occasion for you guys, wasn’t exactly a wedding, and not really a hundred guests. But it sure was a big one for us - 22nd wedding anniversary on the 22nd of August which is the 8th month and equal to the sum of all the 2’s of the occasion. And only the second time that the sum matched up since the day we were married in 2002. And all the good lady at the fine looking restaurant podium could give me was, “No nothing special for you, just here are the menus and you can sit inside or out there.” Hmmn, real Debbie downer you got there.

It was an absolutely beautiful venue. Unfortunately, the service did not match. I felt as though i was bothering the young lady at the front desk as I was checking in. And there were 3-4 young men with carts at the door, who didnt even acknowledge us as we walked in with our luggage. Disappointing.

DISAPPOINTING stay! Have wanted to visit here for several years, finally go for a 3 day trip and what a shock it was! Overall crowded beach and pool, flimsy beach towels, fraying bath towels, soiled cutlery and cups numerous times in restaurants, table clothes with holes, low staff and bland food. NOT worth the money despite pretty property/location and fun outside bar with live music.

excellent property, the only downside is that they use really strong cleaning chemicals which smell throughout the property

The over all property was outstanding. My only complaint is that the room I had was out dated. Not a USB port anywhere in the room and the tv in the room was small, not a smart tv with a remote that was hard to make work correctly

They say they are ADA compliant…
Do not stay at this hotel if you have any mobility issues. The hotel does does respect guests with any handicap issues. No access to a few restaurants and no one from the staff to help. The staff needs to be trained in hospitality. Happy to elaborate more.
