Our experience here was just okay, nothing spectacular. We weren’t crazy about the room we stayed in. It was nice, but very standard. Everything was pricey, so we expected a bit more. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to others, but expect to spend a lot more to receive their 5star status service and accommodations.

The rooms are getting a little dated and could definitely use a refresh. Most hotels have Keurig coffee makers in their rooms, instead of the older coffee pot type. We would recommend inclusion of Keurig coffee makers as part of the refresh.

The only thing that was so disappointing was that they said the indoor pool was 83 degrees and that was not true. We went for my husband to be able to swim for exercise after major surgery. It was so cold that he could not even go in the pool and there were other people there in the hot tub because the pool was not warm at all and also seemed a bit cloudy. Hotel was nice but we were very disappointed.
