If you're looking for a charming place to stay we would love to welcome you. Walking distance to Woodbine Beach and easy access to downtown core. Great natural and ambient lighting, thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail that make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Discover main attractions and entertainment at our downtown core within a 15-20 minutes drive (regular traffic). Public transit runs 24/7 and is just steps away from the house.

Why do you want to stay at our place?
- Great location - easy to get to the Don Valley Parkway or the Gardiner Expressway to access the remainder of the city. Pearson Airport is only a 30 minute drive (regular traffic).
- 2 parking spots large enough to accommodate vans and mini vans
- Three bedrooms and one with a large crib, great for parents traveling with kids. The playroom filled with toys and books can entertain young children all day
- In the summer, a leisurely 20 minute walk will bring you to Woodbine Beach, one of the city’s top summer destinations, where you can swim, play beach volleyball and chill.
The green and white Leslieville street signs that run along Queen Street were installed in 1987. These historic markers are symbolic of a renewed interest and pride in Leslieville among the residents of this quiet east end neighbourhood. Leslieville, still feels very much like a small village. It's cozy houses, quaint stores, and tree lined streets, seem surprisingly serene and peaceful considering Leslieville's close proximity to downtown Toronto.

We're just 2 minutes walk from the 501 Queen Streetcar which runs 24/7.
The 501 Streetcar will take you to many attractions in downtown core. Eaton Centre, City Hall, Nathan Phillips Square, China Town, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District to name a few.

1. One flight of stairs from the main floor to the upper floor bedrooms and bathroom.
2. We don't have safety gates on our stairs. Parents are advised to watch their young children.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house for our needs perfectly!
The owner was great with communication throughout our stay and the house was very clean. We had a great time, and there was even a play room with toys for our 3 year old!
