Good hotel in great location. Buffet breakfast was extremely good. Easy access to public transport stops. Tallinn is a great place to visit.

Amazing hotel, staff at front desk, exceptional! Love the lobby and the fruit basket,fire place. We stayed on the 6th (artists) floor, amazing view over the rooftops. Hotel has nice character!

very helpful and professional staff. Good location for the City, bars and restaurants.The rooms are most certainly not to an expected European 5 star, no blackout curtains, shower curtains on over bath showers, fluctuating shower pressure and temperature, low light levels in room, shuffling around the bed due to lack of room space.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting us dinner reservations and a taxi to the airport early in the morning. They also prepared something for us to take along for breakfast, since we were leaving early before it was being served. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast served is over the top with options. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Great hotel at a good price. Centrally located in the old town, an easy walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, albeit in a typical Estonian way (very formal and stiff... some of the house keeping staff reminded me of nannies from last century) . Overall a great hotel. The restaurant has excellent meals.
