Renovated and tastefully decorated home in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant. Three miles to Sullivan's Island, one mile to Shem Creek and five miles to Downtown Charleston! Updated kitchen, equipt for cooking and eating, W/D combo unit, the living area has a smart TV and a dining area for four, hardwoods throughout. The first bedroom comes with a queen bed, the second has twin beds and smart TV. Fenced-in backyard with picnic area and grill, front porch dining table as well. If interested in the grill, please text me once booked for safety instructions. Technically a duplex but lives like a house with its own yard, partking, etc. A high chair attachment is available upon request. Less than a mile to three parks, close to nearly everything on the South side of Mt. Pleasant. One low-shed dog (or two under 20lbs low-shed dogs) welcome with pet fee. Small house in Shem’s Creek close to both downtown Charleston and Sullivan Island
My husband, myself and our small dog had a great stay in this house. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the beaches on Sullivan’s island and Isle of palms, and also to downtown Charleston. The house was clean and exactly as described, would certainly stay again if it was available

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Host
This was my first time using VRBO, and I’m so glad I found this adorable spot! I booked a two-night stay while passing through town, and Sallie, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. I ran into some car trouble and arrived late, but Sallie was so thoughtful and offered me an extra night or two to make up for the delay—such a sweet holiday gesture!The property was immaculate, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. My doodle especially loved the backyard, which was a perfect place to relax. Having lived in the area before, it was so nice to return and stay in such a welcoming and comfortable space.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and inviting spot to stay. Fabulous location, nice clean apt
The location was in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a quick uber drive to downtown. Lots of excellent restaurants a short drive away. The duplex was clean with 2 bedrooms, cozy living room, kitchen (which we used for morning coffee) and a porch. Parking for 2 cars was a bonus.

Adorable place!
Great little spot if you’re visiting Charleston! We come to visit family so we don’t often spend much time other than bathing and sleeping in our rentals - this place is otherwise very well located- easy to get to and easy to get anywhere from here. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Only tip I have I pack bug spray! This area has absolutely viscous skeeters!

The apartment was as described and plenty of space for our family of three. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to shems creek. Check in was easy and owner was responsive and flexible with check out. Comfortable Little House
My husband and I stayed for a week. The neighborhood is very quiet and central to many activities in Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston. The listing is exactly as described and great for 2-4 people. This house is all the convenience and comforts of home while you're on vacation. I loved the full kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. It's also a bonus that linens and pillows are provided for you. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Nice little place to stay at. Plenty of room for a family.
We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely enjoyed the icemaker. We our use to having one of those. I will say my husband keep complaining about the sofa being very uncomfortable. That’s the only complaint we have.

A winner near Charleston!
Quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. The house is a short drive from downtown Charleston and the beaches on Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palm. The house is on the smaller side but was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The availability of beach chairs and towels would be a nice addition.

Wow!! Great rental!
We traveled here with my husband and I and 4 kids between 7 and 3 years old. This house is great! So close to the beach! About 10 minutes by car! Super close to Shem creek! This owner is so available and flexible. We had to change our trip dates a couple times due to some issues with my husband’s work and she was so flexible and accommodating! This rental is so well stocked! K-cups, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap- all the necessities and then even some complimentary snacks and dog treats! The house was so clean and very comfortable. Neighbors were nice! We would definitely rent this house again!

Charming Home in the Village of Mt Pleasant
We found the home tastefully decorated, amply furnished and equipped with every convenience. The kitchen supplies went beyond the basic coffee, etc, and even included some snacks. It was evident that the owner genuinely cared about their guests.

Old Village
Location, location, location. Old Village is marvelous, best spot in the Charleston area. For 10 years, we lived a few blocks from this VRBO rental. Nightly rentals are very hard to find in old village. We saw only one draw back. We are older and like a comfy chair. These look fantastic but are designed for younger backs. Still, this place is a gem.
