Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train.

The hotel itself is located away from the main town centre. A good 5mins uber ride or a direct bus can get you back with no traffic. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was really busy with food, plates and cutlery constantly running out. But we were warned about it during checking in. The hotel room was good value, but would prefer a more supportive bed and the floor needs a good hoover!

The staff will go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Do take note of the limited parking especially during busy periods. Breakfast is great however the dinner option is limited to pizza and 2 pasta choices.

Reception member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean and well equipped but like many hotel rooms is lacking in adequate space for hanging clothes.

Shame you are allowed to make a payment of £15 for overnight stay. However there is no guarantee of parking slot if you left the premises and returned. Alternative parking provided also means you pay for another overnight stay cost! Terrible

The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and polite. If not driving, theres a 10 minute stroll into the city centre. Worth a visit.
