Nothing special, average overall
Nothing special. Did what it said on the packet. The bed was clean & comfy, but the television do not work & the carpet could do with a good clean. Breakfast was a bit of a hectic and might be worth staggering people as we were queuing for a while and the food not very warm by the time you sat down. Overall it was okay but quite pricey for what it was, glad it was just one night.

The hotel was really nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. It's not too far from the city centre and there are a few eateries nearby.

The room was a little on the cold side, the windows needed updating as they wouldn’t close properly. There was an in er slide window to try to combat that but still on the cold side. There was a leak under the bathroom tile but aside from that, the room was in immaculate condition with all the facilities I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, clean and crisp bed linen. Towels were torn and frayed and could do with replacing but they got me dry. Perhaps the most disappointing for me was the lack of food options for lunch/dinner. It was a very limited menu.

Cleanliness of room was good to begin with but unfortunately the daily cleaning of the room wasn’t up to standard. No toilet brush was provided - not normally an issue if the bathroom is cleaned every day. It wasn’t. Bed wasn’t properly made - the duvet was just tucked in but sheets not straightened and floors not vacuumed. We were staying for three nights so would have expected a better cleaning service and for tea and coffee supplies to be replenished daily. Our room was comfortable and fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok and situation was fairly convenient. Had a lovely meal in Indian restaurant across the road. Parking seemed expensive for the situation away from the city centre

Really impressed. Clean, well designed, modern room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast - which is included in room rate - perfectly adequate, lots of choice. I was really impressed, great value for money.

Nice location, about 15 minutes walk to main area of Bath, includes parking and breakfast, was next to graveyard so nice and peaceful. Downside is lack of evening meal menu, so needed to go out to town, also parking expensive, even with discount, but think the same all over Bath.
