Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet deposit: BRL 350.00 per stay
• Pet fee: BRL 100.00 per pet, per night plus BRL 50 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: BRL 50.00 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 50.00 per night; may vary based on length of stay and unit size
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 11.1 percent

This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB International, Union Pay, debit cards, and cash. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher, a security system, and outdoor lighting in each accommodation.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• The seasonal pool will open in January and close in December.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Reservations are needed for spa treatments. For reservations, contact the pousada before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Pets are welcome in specific rooms only, which can be requested by contacting the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation (please see the Fees section for related charges).
