Organização ineficiente para períodos de grande procura.
O check in demorou 1h40 min, mesmo tendo feito on-line . O hotel não apresentou um atendimento separado aos que o fizeram on-line . A infra estrutura de elevadores das torres do hotel são ineficientes para atender todos os apartamentos , quando lotado . Desta forma, o tempo de espera de uso , em horários de maior utilização ultrapassa a 20 minutos . No check out, uma funcionária se dirigiu ao quarto para fazer o procedimento 2,5 horas antes, com minha família ainda no recinto , dormindo, pois alegou que caso fosse deixado para o momento da saída , correríamos o risco de aguardar um longo período. Isso evidenciou a falta de infra estrutura quanto a logística para período de grande procura . Pelo valor do local relativo ao consumo / estadia e logística de atendimento , não considero mais o hotel para as próximas estadias no local.

Estadia excelente! O que encômodou foi a demora no check in e checkout. Outra coisa que encomoda é as abordagem dos vendedores que ficam tentando vender as cotas dos apartamentos.

O anúncio sobre a hospedagem não foi cumprido
Locamos um frete que deveria ter serviço de quarto ,limpeza ,recolhimento de lixo ,roupas de cama e banho .Dos 4 dias que fiquei lá ,só 1 dia isso ocorreu ,não limparam o quarto ,nem recolheram o lixo e não trocaram as toalhas que solicitei ,sendo que estava incluso na hospedagem .A piscina do local também deveria ser climatizada e estava fria.A reclamação foi geral contra o resort enjoy ,muitos hóspedes reclamando na recepção e ninguém sendo atendido .Por isso solicitei ao proprietário o reembolso porém ainda não tive resposta .Fiz também uma reclamação para o resort.

Muito grande e muito pequeno ao mesmo tempo
De maneira geral tentei ignorar algumas coisas mas outras não tem como. Vamos lá: o que mais incomodou foi o cheiro de esgoto em todo o recinto, o preço das bebidas também e penso que se vcs baixar um pouco acabará vendendo mais. A questão do bar com porções é outra coisa. Após o meio dia e depois das 18h se você quiser uma porção de batata frita não tem pois é horário do almoço ou jantar, ou seja, estão forçando você almoçar e jantar no hotel e como não fechei o pacote completo tive que pedir uma batata frita pelo ifood e o mais grave é o espaço da piscina, não comporta todos os hóspedes, só fui conseguir uma mesa depois das 17h.
