- PONTOS NEGATIVOS Bar & Restaurante - PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! O valor de um cheese burger é de R$25. O pão é ruim (parecia pão amanhecido), a carne é ruim (sem gosto) e o queijo é difícil de achar! Nós usamos 4 saquinhos de maionese e de ketchup só para poder comer e engolir o lanche, já que a fome era muita e estavamos cansados para sair. Pedimos um espeto de carne bovina. Eu nem me lembro a última vez que devolvi algo, mas dessa vez tive que devolver o espeto, porque a carne era muito dura, impossível de mastigar! O café da manhã é cobrado R$39 por pessoa e acredito que seja administrado pela mesma empresa-pessoa do bar, portanto preferimos gastar menos da metade desse valor e ter um excelente café da manhã em uma padaria da cidade. Vocês precisam URGENTEMENTE rever quem presta o serviço de alimentação pra vocês! PROCESSO DE CHECK-IN - Horrível! O processo é demorado e ficamos quase meia-hora esperando o processo ser finalizado. Isso porque não havia ninguém na fila e na nossa frente. Foram literalmente mais de 30 minutos para gerar 2 cartões de acesso! COMFORTO - Travesseiro ruim, cama péssima, toalhas horríveis (daquelas que esfolam a sua pele), ar condicionado velho, televisão pequena. Tudo é muito ruim. Não vá a esse hotel esperando comforto! - PONTOS POSITIVOS Staff - a equipe é legal e algumas pessoas da recepção são simpáticas. Piscina - a piscina é boa Espaço - o quarto é espaçoso

Foi bom, recomendo. quarto bom e limpo. Cafe da manha deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes e sempre as mesmas. Bastente atividades na piscina, time de recreacao sao otimos, mto bom. Precos dentro do hotel sao abusivos, tudo mto caro!! Lado bom e que fica ao lado do parque Thermas dos Laranjais.

Adoramos o hotel!
Me hospedo no hotel há anos com a família, porem com o passar dos anos sentimos que ficou abandonado, e cada vez que visito, deixa mais a desejar. A comida dessa vez, não estava boa como sempre foi, nem em sabor, nem em variedade de opções no buffet. Existe um andaime na recepção que todas as vezes que visitei, desde 2017, está lá no mesmo lugar. Quanto aos quartos e à limpeza das unidades, sempre mto bem feito! Adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que se mantivesse a qualidade que sempre nos fizeram optar por ele!

O quarto que ficamos foi o sem vista, mas não por escolha própria e a forma de como isto era decidido não ficou clara. Tomamos 3 cafés da manhã onde em 2 deles tinha somente as coisas básicas e somente o terceiro era mais completo. Em um jantar que resolvemos fazer a refeição no hotel e a comida estava bem salgada. Apesar de tudo a localização é ótima e os funcionários são extremamente respeitosos e educados

Uma boa experiência
Gostei bastante do hotel. O quarto era como um studio, tinha uma sala com sofá cama, um quarto e banheiro. Hotel muito limpo e com funcionários cuidando de todo o local. A piscina é climatizada, é possível aproveitar após o dia de parque e também tem uma piscina infantil para as crianças. Na piscina de crianças também existem ofurôs com água aquecida a noite, muito bons para relaxar. O café da manhã também é bom, porém, está sendo serviço em outro local a uns 10 minutos de distância. O translado é feito com vans disponibilizadas pelo hotel, não tive que esperar muito tempo entre uma e outra, mas para quem quer pegar o parque abrindo, tem que se organizar com o tempo. Avaliando de forma geral, achei muito bom, irei me hospedar novamente em uma próxima oportunidade.

Custo benefício ruim.
Hotel com estrutura boa , porém estavam reformando o restaurante , ficando suspensos café da manhã e demais refeições no hotel. Uma van nos levava para tomar café em outro local e trazia de volta, mas com certeza dentro do hotel seria melhor. Acho que o hotel poderia ter avisado com antecedência , ou no momento da reserva.Acabou que o custo da diária não valeu a pena . A área da piscina era boa , porém sem alimentação , quem fica o dia todo em uma piscina desta? Limpeza dos quartos ficou a desejar. Elevador precisa de uma manutenção melhor. A localização é ótima ( do lado do Thermas dos Laranjais).

No geral, cumpriu com as expectativas. A única questão é que pegamos a pensão completa para não perdemos tempo nas filas do parque e só chegando lá, nos informaram que as refeições seriam em outro restaurante, que acabou demorando ainda mas, porém o restaurante era bom.

Péssima experiência no café da manhã
Hotel é bom, porém o café da manhã está sendo servido em outro local, ou seja, em um restaurante que fica há uns 3 km do hotel, colocaram vans para levar os hóspedes. Achei muito transtorno e o local terceirizado é muito pequeno, não acomodou todos, havia pessoas com crianças tomando café em pé e até sentado nos bancos da praça que fica em frente as o restaurante, resumindo foi uma péssima experiência.

Vou lá desde que era o Tuti Resort, já foi muito bom.. Mas desta vez, ficou muito a desejar.. limpeza no quarto presizamos pedir, cartão da porta não funcionou várias x, tinha que ir até portaria para trocar, piso do chuveiro encardido, rampa da piscina das crianças, muito escorredio, presencie acidente.. Enfim estou relando porque, o local é prático para entrar, no parque..

Ótimo hotel porém precisa aumentar a área do café
Hotel muito bom. São cinco blocos, cada um com 6 andares, com nomes de lugares da Espanha. Fui na temporada de julho e estava muito cheio, com fila enorme para o café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa. Preços das porções no bar da piscina são justos.
