far from downtown
The attendants were nice and polite. However, the room has a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so it needs to be fixed. Also, the distance from the hostel to the downtown area was not a walking distance you need to take a taxi.

Not happy.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The location and the condition of the hotel were ok. The problem was that there was only a thin blanket on the bed and since at night it was pretty cold in November, I was cold all night long even though I put on me all the clothes I had with me. So I caught a cold after that and had to deal with it. This just shouldn't have happened. It's obvious that that blanket can't be enough during the winters and I don't understand why the management doesn't bother to fix that problem.

Excelente servicio.
Fue una buena estancia. El personal muy amable y servicial. Yo buscaba un lugar para pasar la noche y estuvo muy bien. Baño privado que es excelente para un hostal y lo mejor estacionamiento cerrado que me permitió guardar mi carro que estaba lleno de equipaje y equipo electrónico de mi negocio para disfrutar tranquilamente a pie las calles y atracciones de San Miguel de Allende. Y muy cerca de la zona turística que me interesaba visitar. Muy buena opción si vas solo o en plan económico.
