This beautiful cottage is perfect for any vacation! You may grill some bbq on the terrace, enjoy the swimming pool or go to the beach.
Enjoy the tranquility of your own private retreat, full kitchen, and a nice outdoor patio and garden.
Convenient location: next to the port, the beach and next to the restaurants and markets.
Our neighborhood is very safe.
There are two units, the house has a capacity of 8 people, but for larger groups we have two more bedrooms and 1 bath on an unit out side that may accommodate up to another 4 guests more!

Casa acogedora
La casa está muy bien. Está a 3 min andando de la playa y a 5 min de los restaurantes Es una villa para 12 persona. Cuenta con 1 habitación de dos camas, otra con cama de matrimonio con un baño, otra habitación con una cama y una litera, por otro lado está el salón con sofá cama, cocina y un baño. En el jardín tiene en la zona delantera un comedor grande con una piscina al lado, barbacoa y en el lateral de la casa, cuenta con otra habitación con cama de matrimonio y habitación con dos camas y al lado otro baño. La zona de atrás de la casa tiene otra zona para comer, con zona de lavadero, lavadora y otra nevera más a parte de la que está en la cocina. Todo el jardín está comunicado por todas partes. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores. Estoy muy contenta con la estancia en esta casa ya que es muy acogedora y tienes todo al lado, no hace falta coger el coche para ir a la playa o a los restaurantes de la zona. Los dueños viven al lado pero para nosotros ningún inconveniente que entren a regar o mantener la piscina ya que es una cosa normal, que hay que hacer para que la piscina esté bien y las plantas no se marchiten. Lo único llevar anti mosquitos porque te acribillan. Por el resto todo genial y muy contentos. Si vuelvo a Oliva volveré a esta villa!! Muchas gracias por todo!!

Bon emplacement MAIS
Les extérieurs de la maison sont agréables et la piscine est vraiment super ! MAIS, manque cruel de plats et vaisselle, pinces à linge et toutes ces petites choses qui font la différence... Ventilateurs très vieillissants, chambres très inégalement réparties. Une vrai suite parentale (appréciée, malgré le bruit dans la rue quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes, obligatoire au vu de la chaleur), mais la 2ème chambre avec un grand lit est dans une toute petite chambre, sans wifi et à la chaleur étouffante, avec les sanitaires éloignés. Configuration embêtante quand on vient à 2 couples. Pas de lampe de chevet dans toutes les chambres. Le wifi ne passe pas dans les 2 chambres extérieures. La proximité de la plage a été appréciée. Par ailleurs, la propriétaire, charmante au demeurant, est venue arroser son jardin à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour (elle ne nous avait parlé que d'une fois par semaine...), ce qui est très dérangeant et n'aide pas à se sentir chez soi pendant le séjour. La piscine est très bien entretenue, mais, là encore, l'homme d'entretien peut venir à tous moments, nous avons trouvé cela beaucoup moins dérangeant, car il est resté peu de temps et à été d'une discrétion irréprochable. La propriétaire a été réactive quand nous avons rencontré un problème d'électricité, mais les installations vieillissantes n'ont pas permis de résoudre le problème avant notre départ. Pour résumer, ce logement possède des atouts : extérieurs magnifiques et plages à proximité. Mais aussi des inconvénients : mauvaise répartition des chambres, installations vieillissantes, vaisselle pas adaptées au nombre de personne (pas suffisamment de grands plats, saladiers, moules etc.)

Très bon moment passé à Oliva
La maison est très bien située près du port. La magnifique plage d'oliva est accessible à pieds à quelques mètres. La maison est spacieuse, la piscine malgré la proximité de la mer est très agréable et l'on se sent vite chez soi. Un gros plus concernant la double terrasse et la cuisine d'été très bien équipée et très agréable. Enfin, l'accueil a été remarquable.
