A good stay overall
An ok stay, though supprisingly hard to find the entrance. No usb plugs in the room, but it did have a couch for reasons. Comfortable bed. Took a while to check out.

The hotel andd staff was nice and didnt have time to get into the jacuzzi and unfortunately their was no breakfast options but that was only complaint

great location, clean rooms, really appreciate the policy to reserve the pool for use, that was an unexpected bonus. Didn't appreciate being told there would be a $20 fee for checking in 90 minutes early.

Homeless and Service Problems
Comfort Inn front desk staff indicated that Hotels.com cancelled our reservation (both of them) and wouldn't check us in. While waiting, one front-desk staff member had to go address a homeless lady reportedly sleeping in the first-floor hallway (who had just asked another guest to use their microwave). Meanwhile, other front-desk staff disappeared with my ID/License and wouldn't come out from back office for 7 minutes (I have video), despite me saying I wanted it back and to leave. I didn't want to stay there anymore. She had left 8 people in the small lobby waiting to check in during COVID. Will not ever book at Comfort Inn again.
