The lobby had a pool table and a bar area with private seating. This was inviting and fun. The room had a unique look and decor that was pleasing. Our "Smart Fridge" never actually got cold and there were not any instructions. It would have been a better stay if there was a hot tub or if the pool was open at least until 10pm or later on a Saturday night.

The Aloft Omaha West was outstanding!!! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful! The property is well maintained and clean offered a very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed the lobby area and the live music. Special shout out to Brooke at the front desk - she was an absolute delight and made us feel welcome!

Not family friendly!
This was one of the worst stay at a hotel! Stay one night and moved to another hotel after the management would not let me change. I have a family an open bathroom is not my thing with a daughter! The mirror lets everyone see everything from the bathroom. I have lived a loft never had this problem before. Not a good hotel for a family! Hotels.com pushed this hotel, not happy with too.
