Worst stay I have ever experienced in a hotel
Our room was filthy. When we checked in we found an open Coors light can that was half full behind the curtains. I took it down to the front desk and they assured me the room had been cleaned. The next morning my grandson whom is 17 months old rolled his ball under one of the beds and when I went to get it there were water bottles under both beds that where half full and a container lid from some carry out food. I bagged it all up and took it down to the front desk. They apologized and said they would clean our room again. There was also hair behind the sink faucet in the bathroom. My daughter in law went to open the bathroom door and the door handle fell off. I reported all this to the front desk also. It was awful! The breakfast had very little to eat and they were using paper plates the size of dessert plates to eat off of. The waffle mix was so runny you could not pour it in the waffle maker. The gravy for the biscuits was in a crockpot that was not even keeping it warm. They ran out of juice and the pastries that were there were very old tasted freezer burned. I can go on, but it won’t change the experience we had. Sadly we have stayed in this hotel several times when we go to visit my family. It was always a wonderful place to stay. I am guessing they have had a change in ownership. We were devastated and it was not safe my toddler grandson to even be there. Unfortunately we had already paid for our room for three night's and felt stuck.

Not bad but there were a few stains on the sheets. The housekeeping staff were great. The front desk staff acted like they were upset to be there and frustrated that they had to help me. It's a pattern I'm starting to notice. Also, ask for the price of everything in their convenience store.

I booked there because I thought there was a hot tub, how's there is not. I got sick in the elevator for a short while, then my husband got stuck for even longer. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Check in was quick and simple. The young man at the front desk was polite and engaged in conversation and joking during the process. He seemed like he really likes his job which in turn, made us comfortable with our hotel choice.

I told the over night desk guy I was checking out early and I asked if there was a fee and he told me know. When I go to check out in the morning, the morning desk guy charged me a leaving early fee and still charged me for the extra day because they said I didn’t give enough notice. Then I call to ask if I can stay since I’m going to be charged anyway then they front desk guy said that I was supposed to check out that Saturday instead of the Sunday. Then why was I charged a leaving early fee plus the extra night. Terrible front desk people that will lie to you. So I’m out $150 because the front desk staff lied to me.

I booked two rooms. The first room was ok nothing fancy. The second room we weren’t able to check into because they weren’t ready yet. Not a big deal but later the room they gave us was not cleaned whatsoever which is why we waited in the first place. The bed wasn’t made, all the towels were on the floor and red dots of possibly blood on the bathtub and floor. The breakfast was good but as we ate in the lobby we heard the staff complaining about a guest who got stuck in their room and they couldn’t get him out so the guest was threatening to sue. Not something to be talking about around other guest.
