Worst experience ever
Hotel was full of drunks, pot smells, groups going floor to floor, yelling, police called. I left could not sleep. Traveling from California to Illinois. Extremely tired hoped to get rest. Door would not close requested twice to be fixed. Hurt my hand trying to close it.

Party Hotel
First they only have 2 elevators for 7 floors and takes forever. The elevators are very confined and scary. It is definitely a party hotel, where nobody has respect for others. Until 5am we heard nothing but loud music, slamming of doors and people talking loud and yelling in the hall. We will not be back.

The first room we had a broken bed frame holes in the wall. They moved us to a room above a bar and pet floor. The rooms had no smoke detectors only the wires hang out of the walls also Fire alarm kept going off at 1 am glad we only booked for 2 nights.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Don’t waste your money here! It’s dirty, STINK, and feels so unsafe! We only stayed one night and left the early morning, they told us a manager would give us a call about our refund but as expected we didn’t get a call. Nothing but Indians work/stay here!!

The breakfast area was big and the food (pretty standard menu) was good. People brought a LOT of dogs! If you have allergies be prepared! Was a hassle in elevators. Don't remember seeing it mentioned on their site.

My partner and I had a good stay the bed was comfy and the receptionist was nice but when we went to shower we seen that the towels were dirty and when we tried to leave at the found out that the door wouldn’t lock so one of us had to stay in the room to lock it from the inside.

Would not stay here again
The hotel itself felt pretty run-down. The lobby, hallways, elevators didn't feel clean. The overall feeling of the hotel and surrounding area made my wife feel uncomfortable being alone with our daughter anywhere except in the locked room. The room itself was pretty clean but the freezer potion of the mini fridge was clearly broken and unserviced. Something from a previous guest was frozen to the freezer and made the whole thing almost feel too gross to put other things in there. The bathroom door in our room also did not close. Had I been there with anyone but my wife I would have had to demand a different room.
