We have stayed here several times the stay was still pleasant. We felt the air conditioning was not operating well, toilet ran, but my husband fixed it Some housekeeping problems need attention. After 4 nights we were ready to check out. Beds are needing to be replaced.

Very good service. Cecilia at the front desk was exceptionally friendly. We arrived to town early and she had an available room and allowed us early check in. Facility was clean and breakfast was good: typical hotel breakfast. All staff were professional and helpful.

I didn’t like that,I reserved 2 connected rooms. when I arrived to check in the rooms had been giving to someone else. I didn’t like that the man in the wheelchair was at my room door knocking about a noise complaint when we were all just upstairs singing happy birthday to my boys I also didn’t like how they were complaining about us running up and down the stairs when only one elevator was working and if the rooms that I reserved from the beginning wasn’t giving to someone else and their families than I wouldn’t have gotten so many complaints about my family.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this one. Clean, comfy, quiet hotel with super friendly staff. Pool and hot tub very clean. Good breakfast with lots of options. In a safe, quiet neighborhood...Nice! Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Don't miss eating at Oscar's with the locals, great food and friendly atmosphere!

Hotel was wonderfully clean and modern. Our house was without power for 5 days and room was a blessing on Day 5 after several day of temps in the 90s. Pillows were a bit flat, but there were enough of them to double up. Had trouble listening to tv when a/c kicked in. I couldn’t increase the volume from remote nor the actual tv. Overall, a very welcome respite from the heat and stress for me and the dog. Very pleasant gal at Checkin and checkout.
