First time having our dogs at a hotel. They were very helpful and made check in and check out for us very easy for us! The place was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast had lots of options which was nice! We will absoultely stay here again!

I did enjoy the breakfast and the staff as overall nice. However, we were not aware that after a certain time staff were not available to let us in the main entrance and that our key card wasn’t working to open the door. We had to walk around the building to try and find another entrance late at night.

Your Parking Lot was very unsafe and unacceptable for a person driving a ADA equipped van… your front desk man told me I could unload my handicapped daughter in the street then had the nerve to tell me there was a charge for parking at the hotel. The taller gentleman at front desk should take a class on understanding the issue of a handicapped person, very unprofessional!! The only good thing about the situation was an another man at the front desk a least showed some respect and compassion for the unpleasant experience. Holiday inn needs to take a closer look at the property’s for a handicapped person.

I booked 3 weeks in advanced and still didn't get the suite I paid for. I was put into a standard room and was not refunded the price from suite to standard. The hotel is clean breakfast was amazing that was my only issue.
