Surprisingly great!
We were all surprised by how comfortable and nice the stay was considering the affordability of the room. The front desk staff was a bit gruff when we checked in but generally we had a great experience. Breakfast was solid, even the kids were happy!

It’s nice and clean friendly staff all around. The two bathroom by the lobby was a little slippery if you don’t see a trail of water from people coming in/out from the pool.

Wasn’t great but not the worst.
The power went out due to a storm so we didn’t have many amenities available, but that was fine. The location was a little dumpy (- we were hoping it was near the cobble stone streets area of Omaha.) But we drove to the Blackstone area for dinner, which ended up to be fun and affordable. The hotel had an off-putting diesel smell and made some of our family feel ill. It was fine for one night.

Not as great as we had hoped
The city had some storm damage and the area that the hotel was in was still not fully powered without generators and cable wasn't working. No fault of their own, but they could have notified us prior to arriving and gave us the option to cancel. Having two young kids and no tv was stressful when trying to entertain before bed and early the morning. Our room was mostly clean. They were out of towels at the pool by 4 on Friday afternoon which was annoying. Breakfast options were pretty good. The staff were friendly.

This was a clean and friendly place but the breakfast host could use some more help it was hard for her to keep up with the demand. Not her fault she did great.
