THe hotel itself was great and service was great. However, the tv wouldn't work at first so someone had to come fix it.There were NO WASHCLOTHS whatsoever, the bath mat had black stains, and 2 of the 3 towels were stained, and the towels were very thin. I would expect more from a Holiday Inn.

I selected this hotel as it is close to the airport as I had an early flight to catch. Imagine to my surprise, the shuttle didn't start till 8am.... definitely would have selected a different hotel as I had to spend an additional $40 for Uber

Hi. When I walked in my room and put a bag of two bottles of water on a side table, the table top completely fell off. Scared the crap out of me. The hand soap dispenser came unlocked amd had to be held whenever using soap. The pool was much smaller than the one that was closed on South 72nd. Sad its the closest thing to a water park besides Funplex. I was there for my childs birthday, and I guess because its child friendly, everything was absorbantly expensive. Parking 15.00 a night, pet 25.00 a night, orange leaf ice cream 20.00 for 2 medium bowls. I was very underwhelmed. Nice jacuzzi, though.

The room was wonderful. We were not happy with the pool area. The pool and water park water was absolutely freezing. We spoke with several other guests that report the same. My husband was not impressed with the paid parking or the fact that we had to pay for a breakfast meal. Staff was welcoming and more than willing to help with anything. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. If you are wanting a really quiet nights stay, try to get a room away from the street! While this didn’t bother us, I know it may to some!

(Mostly) a fun family hotel stay
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, there were just little things that made it a little less than awesome. The room had a few things that were overlooked when we first checked in- previous people’s dirty socks in the tv stand, an unidentified something stuck to the wall (looked like a bloody booger), sticky floors, hardly any tp on the rolls and no spares are a few examples. When we asked for the floors to be cleaned the front desk person said they would take care of it but then as we were walking away we overheard another staff member say they wouldn’t do it, and our floors were never cleaned which was frustrating because we have a crawling child so he got dirty each time we let him loose in the room. That being said, our kids really enjoyed the waterpark area (although the pool water/play structure area water is not heated, at all, just so you know it was cold, even on a 95 degree day), and the suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.
