I loved everything about the property except the beds. Super uncomfortable and the pillows went flat when you laid on them. Everything was extra and the restaurants attached were very expensive. So be prepared to spend at least $75 more than the cost of the room for parking and incidental deposit. Then breakfast wasn't free either, you had to pay for that as well. Not a budget friendly hotel.

Great place! Good location!
Stayed for a concert. Omaha was a busy place that night with a long line of people waiting to check in. Checking in was a quick process, not a terrible long wait. The rooms were nice. The beds were so comfortable. We were only a few blocks from the venue. Parking is a bit expensive at $15 a day with a code (otherwise $50/day).

It was a very short distance to CHI convention Center. The check in was very easy and friendly staff! The Orange Leaf Yogurt is attached to hotel and greeted with samples while standing in line. Great hospitality. The restaurant/grill/bar attached to Hotel was also convenient and very friendly staff. Mostly Burger joint. The amenities were nice and the hot tub was spacious, water park was small and for younger kids by the looks. Looks like fun entertainment. Loved Keurig coffee maker in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Updated rooms. Clean. Great location to downtown. Clean and safe area. However I was very displeased and unsatisfied about the $50 charge for parking. It wasn't gated or patrolled. Anyone could park there and there were hardly any spaces available! I saw 25.00 charge on parking Barcode scan.Charged my account 50.00/24 hr. Going to call.

Clean but over priced for the quality.
The bed is comfy. It is a very noisy hotel though. Hard wood floors and EVERY thing echoes. Clean for the most part, just lots of small things that have been over looked. The pool area is okay, hot tub jets didn't have much pressure. Lots of kids (and adults) unsupervised and not very friendly.

The Waterpark was freezing cold and the pool was cloudy/dirty. Our room was fairly clean except the bathtub that had mold growing around the water spout. The walls are paper thin. Even though we stayed on a Thursday night, we expected it to not be as busy but you could hear ever since person that went up and down the hallway. Over all it made for a short night before a busy day with appointments for our daughter at children’s the next day.

Overall this was a great place! Shuttle service was perfect too! Didn’t swim in the pool, looked like the chlorine was too high for me! Burger theory was awesome for supper and breakfast. Would stay here again

Booked a room there around 9pm come to realize that the sheets were wet. After sitting down on the bed I realized It was just one side of the bed, I smelled the sheets and realized it was urine. I talked to the front desk and they gave us another room.
