I asked for a crib for my reservation. We got there and there wasn’t one in our room. So I asked the front desk for one. 30 minutes later still no crib. So my husband went down to ask about it. She said she had to send maintenance across the street to get one. They never brought a crib and never even bother notifying us they wouldn’t have one. The room also smelly horribly of smoke.

There are no cameras in their only $15 parking lot. Doesn't seem very safe for the area of downtown omaha Hilton. We had stuff stolen from our vehicles.

Family Christmas
Checkin time was 3 pm. I called to see if our room was ready & was told since it was a 2 bedroom suite, it wouldn't be ready until 3:30. When we arrived at 3:30, we were told that housekeeping was just finishing up, so we should give them 15 more minutes. Finally about 4 pm, we got into the room. The dishwaher was still running & when it stopped, there was only 1 bowl & 1 spoon in it. I called housekeeping back in to note that was still tape & a small piece of ballon or streamer on the ceiling in the main living area of the room. I didnt want my family blamed for it. Coffee & juices were not very tasty. We have stayed at this location several times due to its proximity to other places we like to go & due to having the 2 bedrooms. The beds are comfortable & we like having the extra space. However, i do feel that if 3 pm is the advertised checkin time, we should not have had till wait until 4 to get in the suite & then there were details that housekeeping neglected to clean up.

No hot tub like stated on the website. Arrived at 4:15 and our 2 bedroom suite was not clean. Receptionest tried getting us 3 rooms instead of having our room cleaned. After stating we couldnt have separate rooms due to children they cleaned our room.

Being that my room was cancelled while driving from MN, the hotel staff was diligent it getting things corrected. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great! The hotel is in walking distance to CHI Health Center which was a plus.

It was a great stay and unfortunately I had an emergency and the front desk agent helped me immensely when hotels.com who is very hard to contact could not assist very unacceptable after all the years of being a platinum member. I am very dissatisfied these last years since options have changed
