The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel lobby area was freezing. Check in was efficient but not overly helpful. When we asked for a map of the city we were just told they didn’t have one- there were no offers to help us find anything

We had reservations for Homewood Suits but the manager on duty said they were over booked and pushed us over to the Hampton Inn. Where we had to roll our luggage and other stuff across a parking lot and then had to recheck into the Hampton Inn. All after I had called the Homewood Suits at 1pm and told them we would be a late check in, I think they just gave our room away. At the Hampton Inn, we had spider webs by the bed, spiders on the wall, and a toilet that ran all night long. Very disappointing stay in Omaha.

Expedia informed me about a room request was not available. Instead they gave us a king bed with sofa pull out and free parking. Brewing near by and walkable. Scooters everywhere!. We went to the pool and noticed the length of the towels 😬 over all We were pleased about the hotel stay!

Staff was awesome, especially Hector. Pool area was very clean. Hotel overall was very clean. Size of king suite was appropriate and had a small kitchenette with cooking utensils/pans. I should have requested a repair to our shower door as they were very difficult to slide, and new pillows because ours were very worn out.

I have stayed at Hilton properties many times, but was very disappointed with this facility. I forgot my laptop and was planning on doing some work in the onsite business center mentioned on their website but they did not have one as advertised. Unfriendly staff who seemed unhappy and disinterested. Toilet not fastened to the floor that would move around while using it. Holes in the walls, and a loose tub faucet. l

We enjoy our stay, we didn't like how to pay for parking, once that was resolved, each time the the cleaning staff went to our room there were bueatiful bows on the toilet paper rolls, my heart mealted and all was right with the world!

Very nice suite , fits large family. Nice pool. Bummer no hot tub although the online amenities indicates they have one. Nice breakfast. $15 for overnight parking.
