Overall hotel was nice. Our bathroom had some recent-looking water damage to the ceiling that was not repaired- a big bubble of paint hanging from the ceiling.

I came to town with my sister and my 11 year daughter and her friend for a concert at CHI. I cannot say enough good things about this place! From Brittany at the front desk to Jim, Elijah and Nick driving the shuttle to Stephen at the bar …. They were all exceptionally kind, accommodating and fun! I am trying to find a reason to bring my husband over so we can try out the speakeasy next time … and just the enjoy the place. Thank you for the excellent staffing at this beautiful establishment!
