I did not get the room i made reservations for. I got a room with a smaller bed, two beds, and reassurance that i would not get an up-charge. For a lesser room? Why would i get an upcharge. Ever? It was insulting. Also, one of the few things going for this hotel was a bike rental...which was not in service. This whole hotel experience was a flop. Also, service the workout bench so it works to its full capacity (the hardware was missing to make the back come up).

It’s a trendy hotel, well maintained and clean. The standard rooms are huge. The showers are big and they offer extra towels and amenities. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms already have extra blankets in the closets so no need to ask, if you like extra blankets. The shuttle service works well but I would recommend letting them know ahead of time. They didn’t have room service but it was easy and convenient to order takeout and have it delivered to the hotel. They have a mini snack and amenities area which includes a selection of items that you may have forgotten for travel. There are 2 lobbies one by the entrance and the other by the bar. Also, there is a little speakeasy open in the evening. The rooms have a nice view of the downtown cityscape and parking is convenient.

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the rooms only go down to 68 degrees!! Wasnt very cool in there for sleeping... just adequate. Wish they got cooler. Everything else was very nice.

This was my second stay at Indigo. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quite posh in my opinion. This visit, I encountered a new experience: gnats. I was bothered by what I thought was one gnat while I was sleeping. In the morning, when I woke up and opened the windows, I realized there were multiple of those bugs in the room. I checked-out in a hurry, as I had to get moving, and did not share this with the front desk when I left. Please keep an eye on that.

All the staff was super nice, especially the bartender Monica who stayed an extra minute at the end of the night to make a drink for my wife. Our room was spacious and had a tub. Super clean and everything was styled really well.

Hotel Indigo staff are wonderful!
Hotel Indigo staff and shuttle drivers were fabulous. Funny, helpful, and friendly. The king room we had was very nice, but a few things could be better. The in-room phone did not work and the lighting in the bathroom is terrible for putting on make-up. A lighted stand mirror would have been perfect. Relatively minor things. The staff were definitely the highlight of the stay. The free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was an awesome amenity.

The warm welcome came from a 3rd party valet employee. These guys were great, professional and engaging. They were everything the front desk employees were not! The hotel front desk was not welcoming and acted annoyed when I asked for toothpaste. Eye rolling and fake smiles. When the front desk is left unoccupied and I walked up to try to get help, the lady (shea) poked her head out of the door bothered and responded “what?” When we showed her the metal hook that was left entangle in the carpet followed by sticking into my foot, she became attentive. The desk staff have no interest in ensuring a good experience. They are clock watches for a check.

Perfection!
Everything exceeded my expectations. It smelled beautiful as soon as I walked in, and every employee I encountered was warm and welcoming. My room was gorgeous and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with fantastic bath and body products that smelled absolutely amazing. The speakeasy- 'Anna's Place' was also totally beyond my expectations. The drinks were creative, interesting and beautiful crafted. I will definitely stay here again.
