Spacious room in historical building. Extremely noisy street and hall noise on 4th floor. Uncomfortable bedding - flat pillows and sheets that rolled up every night. Cold soggy sandwich in bar restaurant first night. No drinks in room - had to walk to front desk for small pricey water. Prices escalated on Saturday and Sunday. Charging 4 star prices for 3 star service.

I feel like I was taken advantage of with a last minute up-charge to each room. I had called the day prior to my check-in to confirm I had 6 guests and that was okay for our two rooms and no extra charges for the pools or anything else was needed. On the day of check in I was surprised by a $90 additional charge to each room for having 3 people in each room. I've made a support case more than 5 days ago and have yet to hear back.
