We were a little disappointed in the gym equipment not working or in poor condition. But everything else was working and in good condition. Our beds were so very comfortable, it made us want to stay longer. It is meant for longer stay patrons, but we enjoyed our night there and thought the decor was bright and cheerful!

This property was terrible. Supposed to be a smoke free building. There was cigarette and Marijuana smell constantly. The room smelt of mold. The carpets filthy in halls and room. Refrigerator leaked drug deals constantly in back parking area. Back security door was disabled and always open. Solicitation on property. The staff was heard maki g fun of clients because of their accent.. staff was dismissive to concerns.. dog barked at all hours of the night. Fights constantly from extended guests. Would never recommend this location to anyone I cared about.

They advertise as pet friendly, but they do not accept cats. When we got there it was too late to cancel. So we had to find another hotel and still pay for the stay at this property. Terrible.

The exterior of the building looked old, the key card locks on the exterior doors did not work and there were multiple pot holes in the parking lot. There was a lot of garbage needing to be picked up. There were a lot of questionable looking people loitering in and around the building. The interior smelled of old food and cigarettes. We had to get our key card reactivated every night to get into our room. My husband had a recent knee surgery and needed use of the bike in the workout room which was broken and remained so throughout our stay. We were told the refrigerators had ice makers and they did not. It was needed for his ice pack unit that he uses on his knee. The actual room was reasonably clean. Our AC went out during our stay and the maintenance man did get that repaired the same day. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I know and will not stay there again.

The sheets were stained, we reported it and they did nothing about it. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a smell of cigarettes. the smell in the room was unpleasant
