We had a great stay my husband and I were so thankful that this hotel is a pet friendly place. The people at the chech in counter were very nice and accommodating. The manager was very nice. The only thing I have a complaint about is the carpets need cleaned and the bed skirt in our room needed changed. Other than that the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was awesome but there were cars gunning their engines until 1o'clock in the morning and we had to get up at 3 in the morning to catch a flight, the people doing that did not have no common courtesy for others staying there. That was the only bad thing.

The staff was very helpful and di the best job they could. First, the TV remote signal receiver was broken. The lady at the front desk came up and changed the part out. Second, I went to fill up my ice bucket and it was filled with 1" molded water. Third, the beverage vending machine was broken and would not deliver drinks. Fourth, my sink would not drain properly. Very disappointed.

Everything was fine except the last evening there, I asked for a very early wake-up call so I wouldn't miss my flight. The young man wrote it on a post-it note. No one ever called. Almost missed my flight.

The sink in bathroom didn't drain all the way . The bathtub was slow at draining when taken a shower. The tiles in bathroom floor where lose. When I checked in asked to have room cleaned every other day was not cleaned once during my 5 day stay . Other than that was nice hotel very quiet breakfast was good .
