First they charged a $100 cash deposit. It felt so sketchy but I had already paid for the room. Both the security lock and the deadbolt were broken so I had no way to have an extra lock while sleeping. There were holes in the wall. Patches of drywall missing. Stains on the sheets. Literally threadbare towels.

Several things missing or not working in room. Was originally checked into room that had another family in it and given room with smaller bed. Never got blanket that we requested. Was asked for cash security deposit at check-in.

Poor bedding, personal hygiene products, towels. Was decently clean in the room however hallways and stairwells smelled of cigarette/ other substances smoke. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, took trying 3 different cards in 3 different rooms to get into the one that we stayed in.

Everyone behind the desk were not very nice and they wanted me to sign something sayingb they went over the do and don't with me. But they did not I had to ask them about each line I was signing. The room had all kinds of damage to it. Holes in the bathroom door. The door on the TV stand did not stay shut. The floor had out line cuts from when it might have been replaced. There was a nail sticking out from the ceiling. One of the lamp had a missing bulb as well

Arrived to omaha for a wedding weekend so with all of the last minute wedding details my room wasn't available for me as i arrived. I Traveled 6hrs for this wedding and my stay not being ready was very frustrating and tiring to say the lease. A very long hot drive all i wanted was to get checked in and take a shower before rehearsal, The room was dirty,no towels and the bath tub had 3 inches of standing water with a faucet that had a stream of running water not just a drip or too but a stream of water turned on at the lowest flow. So not pleasant at all and finally was able to get a another room for my stay.

Weekend getaway.
The hotel has not been updated in a long while. Curtains smelled dusty and musty. Didn’t close all the way so lights from parking lot shined in over the bed. Bathroom was clean . Fresh linens on bed but bed spread tattered. Carpet needed cleaning. There was a working fridge but noisy so I unplugged it and microwave. Had to unplug that as well from outlet strip so I could use the tv. All plugged in on strip didn’t leave enough power to stream. Pool was nice but didn’t use it. For the money it was ok. They require a 100 dollar cash deposit. Made sure they gave me a receipt for it. Elevator was out of order.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the coverlet was old and stained. the bathroom had mold on the ceiling above the tub, looked like there had been or was a leak from upstairs.

We attempted to stay due to a storm that took out power in our area. We arrived, and luckily didn’t unpack before we spotted a bedbug on the top of the bed. We left immediately. We will never be back, clearly.

Very poor upkeep. After getting stranded in the elevator for over 10 minutes, staff showed zero interest or empathy. Emergency phone did not connect. Helped only by another client who heard our calls for help. We are very concerned about safety for other clients, especially families with children and people with mobility challenges.
