Roaches have checked in
Checked in late night sketchy people hanging around property. Staff could careless about people hanging around. Checked in first rooms that had cockroaches about an inch long. Moved us only 2 doors down. No sighting but smelled funky carpet was moist. Bathtub was unuseable. Looked like some type of construction machinery was cleaned in the tub. No one opted to shower in our party. Would have left except it was late night. Do not recommend ataying here. Super 8 clean up your act

The carpeting was sticky and made the bottom of my sicks black. The bathtub had a 4 inch gash in the inside so it would not hold water. Half the electricity didn't work. Towels were stained. The window was broken with large shards hanging in the window sill. Bathrub was peeling on almost all the sides.

Checked in and was told housekeeping had just finished cleaning the room. There was food and trash on the floor, urine spots on the bathroom floor, and an unknown liquid dried on the headboard. Shortly after entering the room, I heard someone fumbling with the door so I went over and made sure the chain was on it. At that moment the other person used keys to unlock my door and tried to enter. I pushed it closed and they tried several more times before leaving. I called the front desk and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I felt unsafe so I left. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!

Not the cleanest place ever but the staff were exceptional considering there was a city wide power outage and they went above and beyond to check me in.

There were issues with checking in but it was handled perfectly. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. This seems to be in every room we've stated in here. The remote was not working properly for the TV. The staff are great. The rooms are nice other than graffiti on the walls. All in all, a great place to stay.

You can do better.
No outlets in the room to plug anything in. Lamps did not work. Very run down and dirty. Outside looks nice, worker was very nice. Coffee was a Mr Coffee pot in the breakfast area. Bread/bagels/muffins in desk storage drawers. Not very clean/sanitary.

No toilet seat, Frozen AC, wall damage, tub damage, cords ran in front of drawers so they would not open, dirty carpets, halls, dining area, parking lot, people out drinking and shouting, broken down vehicles in the lot, no one from super 8 would work with us on changing to another super 8 either. My family did not feel safe at all, and we ended up getting another hotel.
