Decent for the money

Nice hotel, nice room. Bathtub had some issues with the tub flaking off the bottom and the shower head wouldn’t turn to any other spray pattern, but the bed was awesome, and very nice employees.

I was harassed by staff there because I came in there weeks prior to use the phone to get transportation to another hotel booked through Expedia. They were rude. When I came back weeks later the maintenance man said I was banned which was not true. My whole stay maintenance man was harassing me. He called the police because my nieces and nephews were swimming and I had and unopened bottle of champagne in the pool area. I explained to him I was just checking in my family in the pool and I was leaving right out. He proceeded to yell and say he would call the police and get me banned. So he did and I can no longer go to that specific privately owned Wyndham. It was asinine to call the police because I did nothing wrong but check on my family.

Can't exp much here

After havingnhas a long day I check in just fine and head to my room. Only once I get to my room it turns out someone was in that room still and had to wait for the front desk to figure it out and find a new room for me to stay in. Once in the new room I find the tv doesn't work, try to take a.shower only to figure out they are completely out of hot water or simply was not hookup to that room I'm the last person who expects to be waited.on hand and foot so I just got some work done and passed out. This is truly an example of getting what you pay for.

The best around bc of their staff :)

First of all I want to say how very grateful I am for the kind staff at this property. The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. I was traveling alone recently and extremely tired. The young woman at the desk actually ran to the rooms to help find me a clean one early so I could rest. Words cannot describe how very grateful I am for her act of kindness. It was cold out and a bad ice storm was coming! The city was soon covered and everyone was stuck in. The staff was very accommodating with guests extending their stays, as well as with late checkout due to the weather. I will continue to return here as my top pick bc of these actions whenever I visit Omaha. Thank you for all your kind help Super 8 W. Dodge staff, y'all are the best in the O!
