The staff was rude and the rooms were filthy and filled with mold. Hot water didn't work and foul smell.

Seems like a great place when you get there...then you get to your room and it sounds lIke there is a kegger going on around you all night and from all directions..place smells like a mix of weed and curry...have the people that own these places not figured out that cooking curry in the hotel makes it smell horrible...there was lukewarm water for 2 days and cold for the other 2 days...informed front desk all 4 days and was basically given the middle finger cause it never got fixed and they wouldnt let me move...horrible customer service and barely speak fluent english

30% of my deposit for a pillowcase
I went to go check out in the morning and they took 30% of my deposit because I got make up on a pillowcase. You think that would be the cost of doing business. But when I complained the manager said that the room was cheap and this is how they made headway because the sheets were so very expensive. I wasn’t buying it.

There was a hole in the wall by the elevator. They take addtl 50 cash to hold for deposit. There is people hanging out everywhere in the building and the breakfast is terrible .

Take the Wyndham name off this hotel
We saw the Wyndham name and had high expectations for the hotel. We stayed there years ago when it was a Crown Plaza and it was a palace. Not anymore. The lobby was attractive, and the workers were good, but the rooms were extremely run down. The mattresses were "extremely" soft, so soft that my wife opted to sleep on the floor to spare her back. They should be thrown out. Several carpet and wall stains. Furniture drawers that wouldn't close. Despite all the rooms on our floor were non-smoking, there was a constant smell of cigarettes and Marijuana in the hallways and elevators. Homeless people were asking for money in the hallways and lobby. There was a large hole in the bathroom sink. Wyndham needs to take their name off this hotel. We will certainly never stay there again. Photos available upon request.

Great Stay with a Great Price!
Had to stay in Omaha for medical appointments. Didn't want to spend a lot of money for a room that we were just using for sleep. This room was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. We were so pleased that there were extra outlets on the end tables so we were able to charge all of our electronics at once. The pool was closed due to maintenance but we weren't planning on using it anyway. Breakfast was simple and nice. Cereal, waffles, bagels, danish and more. Juices and coffee were available, too. Definitely would stay here again!
