The check in was awful. It was 7pm and the receptionist was unwelcoming and unfriendly. She clearly didn’t want to be there. The rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean and as advertised. The check out was fine. The 8 am receptionist was lovely.

Check in time was 2:00 p.m. . We got there at 3:00 p.m. and still the room wasn't available. They told us to come back in an hour. When we got to the room it was a dump. Bed had terrible squeaky springs. Black mold was on the wall. Curtain rods were bent. Electric outlet had no cover plates. Room smelled of Lysol. So bad we turned in our keys and left because the place was too horrible to stay in. Manager refused to give a refund.

Disappointed by this place, encountered some bad guests before check-in, room was OK, but door condition was poor, broken security bar and door handle lock gave no security confidence, ground floor door seal was poor so early morning 5:30am Diesel truck noise and fumes entered the room, TV had a fault, black bar down screen, breakfast option was a bit limited, OK if you like Biscuits and Gravy, Bathroom and shower facilities were fine, liked the recycled Blue cloth story, nice concept. Short walk to some great food and drink places. Decided to check out next morning and not stay another night, didn't feel safe enough and couldn't sleep past 5:30am. Disappointed, some TLC and moving the bed away from the door could help resolve these issues.

No bed bugs in my room which is nice. When I got to hotel, there was diarrhea in the toilet and on the seat. I had to clean it myself. No I didn’t inform staff. Not worth the hassle. Shower wasn’t cleaned. There was black streaks of dirt on the walls of shower. Rooms are small but that’s ok. Floors turned my feet black almost instantly. I walked from shower to the front door and my feet were disgusting. My husband had to get a mop and mop the room. Bed and A/C was nice. Staff was very friendly. I just ask that even though this place is a cheap stay, do better. Cleaning is important and likely, I would rather pay more to stay at the Omak Inn where I know it will be clean. Thanks!

There were unsupervised children playing in the parking lot and around our room. The door jamb was broken, several of the listed amenities were not available. The room was smelly the door keys didn't work. Worst place I've ever booked, canceled reservation went to a different place.

The room was dirty, safety lock was broken off, beds very uncomfortable. There were guys hanging around outside, but did go into their room. We were told they were remodeling.

Room had fruit flies coming out of the drains so covered them with towels. Room was small and very cramped. Bathroom was awful. One of the worst stays ever. Will never be back. Overall rating was actually poor but couldn’t change the star rating.

Reviews said bedbugs so spoke w Raelynn very nice said Mgr or Asst would look at room w us.Arrival to the rudest hotel person I've ever met, rolling her eyes, very short leopard print shorts refused to go to room with us said she was Asst. No other vacancy so put some items in room went to rodeo, came back and someone had been in the room used washcloths which were wet, looked through our bags on counter, things moved. Saw a man in a hazard suit with vinyl hood carrying a mattress from upstairs so obviously bed bugs still. You definitley shoud not promote or have this hotel on your list of acceptable. Worse customer service we've experienced and we've traveled a lot.

We went to this property for the convenience of it being close to stampede rodeo. Its about a 10min walk to the main area so that was a plus. Food was in walking distance as well. The tv wasnt working and the bathroom was dirty. This is a cheap place to lay your head down at night with AC to escape the heat... nothing special really. They do offer breakfast which was biscuits and gravy and some other small items which was great.

no phone, no ice, no TV, black mold and broken tiles in bathroom, laughable complimentary breakfast, so much dirt and rust on the exterior that no amount of cleaning would help. Steer clear of this place.
