The Grand View Villa*****, newly built modern villa is situated in a quiet location in Njivice. The sea view and the Kvarner Bay view which it provides will take your breath away.
The villa is spread over 3 floors. On the secend floor there are 4 bedrooms, with a double bed and a private bathroom. Three bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the sea. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with dining room, open kitchen, large terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor you will find equipment for your leisure, sports and wellness facilities. The room is equipped with a salon, fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, shower and toilet.
From the ground floor, you have direct access to our large outdoor terrace, garden and heated pool. On the terrace there is also a high quality mobile grill on the gas.
