Come visit ESVA. 30 minutes to Chincoteague Island and 40 minutes to Cape Charles great for swimming on the bay or in the ocean with many eateries & shopping. Small house in a great central location on the shore. Onancock and Onley have many great restaurants and shopping along with the Onancock Wharf if you enjoy fishing, kayaking and boating all located minutes away from Down by the Sea. Very nice place. Located in a great spot for our needs. First thing we noticed was how clean it was. I will definitely book this again on our next trip to ESVA!

Very comfortable. Very quiet. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. Property is close to shopping, restaurants and water to make our stay enjoyable!
