It doesn't get any better than this!!! Three-bedroom guest house at Finneys Creek Station, a waterfront property located on 33 acres at the head of Parkers and Finneys Creek on the Chesapeake Bay. Private beach is about 300 yards from the guest house and includes access to kayaks, private boat ramp and boat dock. Serene landscape includes wooded areas, two ponds and cultivated fields.

Very rare rental opportunity that includes a private beach that stretches about 125 feet at low tide. Gorgeous waterfront views on two sides of the property with a 450 foot bulkhead. Sail in and sail out!!! Enjoy all the wildlife surrounding the area. Crabbing, fishing, boating sailing, kayaking... the possibilities are endless!!!

The guest house has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen with a washer and dryer in the closet. The loft includes two twin beds (could be pushed together and made up as a king), a sofa and a dedicated work space.

The living and dining area are open concept. The furniture is leather that is easily cleaned. Eat at bar table seats 4. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes full-size appliances and Keurig coffee machine.

Located just five miles outside of Onancock with waterfront dining, shopping, local bakery, open air concerts, and local farmers market during the summer. Assateague State Park is only 45 minutes north with a great seaside beach and Cape Charles Beach on bayside is about 60 minutes south and has typical beach vibe with eateries, shopping and music festivals.

Beautiful getaway
The property was very clean. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The views were beautiful. We were close enough to town to be able to ride our bikes to the shops and restaurant. The only downside was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom-perfect for the 2 of us but not for more.
