Very bad experience
This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons
1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed.
2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru. The parking space is very limited to premise C.
3. The entire house was not noise proof due to the strong wind and trees hitting where you could not fall asleep at night , as the noise was too loud. Very uncomfortable
4. Majority of the facilities provided are not in good condition / not in service
