Average cleanliness. Shower had some pink mold in it. Shower head poor spray. Couldn’t adjust. The rest was clean and orderly. Beds not comfortable enough. Kind of stiff. I like a little softer. Personnel very nice. Price average. We will come back. Sorry for the negative comments.

I'd most definitely go somewhere else!
I had a terrible experience in terms of the room. I was unable to adjust the air conditioning's fan which was so loud. I asked to change room which they happily did, but the next room I wouldn't even turn the air off so it was noisy and too cold! Those portable units are horribly noise for someone who has extremely acute hearing - wearing earplugs did not help at all.

I booked one room through Expedia and another directly with hotel. Expedia billed me almost $200 higher on our 3 night stay than the hotel directly billed me on second room. Total rip off with Expedia. Will never try Expedia again. Terrible price gouging.

Disappointing visit
Things seemed pretty clean, including the beds. However, there were a lot of minor issues that added up to a feeling of annoyance and disappointment. The hot tub, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, wasn’t available. The pool was also closed for the season. In the room, the TV and phone weren’t working. After the front desk person came to the room, she was able to get the TV to work, but the connection was bad, and the image was frequently pixelated. The phone was not fixed. Overall, it was okay, and some of these issues will be temporary, but it was a disappointing visit.
