This location is older and it shows. The walls are very thin; we could hear the wake-up call I. The room next door so loud we thought it was our phone ringing. Housekeeping didn’t turn off the alarm so it went off at 2:30am. UGH! But, even though the linens were stained, the bed was comfortable and we slept well (when the alarm wasn’t going off unexpectedly, and the phone next door wasn’t ringing).

Building and contents were old, has not been refurbished in awhile, no elevator. With the Red Lion name I was expecting a nicer building and furnishings.

While the Expedia rating was good for the area at over 7 our guests stayed in an uncleaned room. The sheets had been slept on by another guest and remained unchanged. Also the bathroom was disgusting with human bio on the toilet and in the shower. Our guests were on a long drive and were exhausted on arrival. Even for a few hours this was not a good stay in any way.

Our first stay was ok. This last stay was terrible. When we went to our room we noticed blood on the sheets in both beds! The front desk manager was very apologetic and gave us clean linen, but we had to change the sheets ourselves do to short staff. The motel was also out of hand soap so had to use shampoo soap! The breakfast was adequate but not very sanitary. The peanut butter and jelly were just in regular jars like you would buy at grocery store. Probably won't be staying at this Red Lion anytime in the future.

The bathroom was horrible. There was popcorn and dust and particles on floor. Like they didn't even sweep or mop floor. The bathroom towels were thrown on shelf. Not folded.

Horrible hotel
Mr. G was awesome! When we got to our room it was dirty. Bed hasn’t been changed and used towels in the bathroom! Hotel was out of soap. I brought my own pillow and when they went to re-clean our room my pillow was gone. They found it in the service room the next morning.

They had a nice clean and comfy room with 3 queen beds for our whole family. The breakfast was mainly just the standard waffle makers. They don't really have a business center, but the front desk was nice enough to print documents for me. The area outside of the hotel smelled like a garbage dump at night, but fortunately it smelled fine inside the hotel.

The lobby was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not really. I was actually cornered by other guests that said their room was disgusting. They had paid cash and the front desk could not get a hold of them to refund these ladies money. My room was ok, but it was a strange experience. Good luck finding something around there that’s decent food as well.

Not smoke free as advertised
Terrible customer service. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Their solution since it’s a Smoke free facility was to spray febreeze. I know I’m not “normal” but I woke up stuffed up, barely able to breath with a terrible headache. Tiny bathroom. Had to pretty much stand in the tub to shut the door. Water damage to paint and door. Fan for the bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and muffins. With milk and yogurt available. Carbs, carbs and more carbs. Zero protein. Great for a diabetic. Room and facility has tons of flies. The pool looked nice, we didn’t use it.
