Property was clean and staff was cordial. However two things have caused me to only give an overall 3 star rating. First the tv. The service was Roku tv. I have stayed in literally hundreds of rooms and this is by far the worst tv service ever. It was clumsy and difficult to use. VERY...VERY FRUSTRATING. Whoever owns this property is trying to save a buck, but is only alienating their customers. Red Lion should never allow such a BS system as it soils their brand. I can assure the owner that travelers care very much about their tv choices and this is one area you shouldn't be cutting corners. Second is breakfast. Very limited choices and again an area in which you shouldn't be cutting corners. Leaves a very bad last impression. - I cannot recommend this property for these reasons and will not be staying here again. So....you've lost a future customer by cutting corners. Not a very good business decision.
