We had a complicated reservation--three nights with two separate reservations--and we requested room change from one bed to two beds in the middle of one of the reservations. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating for all our needs.

This hotel is way past its prime.
The hotel is quite dated. The room was damp and musty. At least though the bed linens were clean and tidy. The outdoor seating/picnic space was soiled with several dirty ashtrays and beer cans. The exercise room has no fan or air conditioning making for an extremely uncomfortable workout.

Very nice hotel for after the football game, fast check in and very friendly staff, only bad thing was there was no elevator and I would have asked for a 1st floor room for my wife’s needs if I would have known but great once we got settled in
